Returns Policy

At MakerEdge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines when returns are accepted and how they are handled, in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind purchases under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price only.


Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Items that are custom-made, personalised, or printed on demand are not eligible for change of mind returns, unless they are faulty or not as described.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

In these cases:

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund
  • Return postage will be covered by us
  • Proof of the issue (such as photos) may be requested

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without prior approval
