MakerEdge is an Australian business selling 3D-printed products and accessories through its website.

Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Due to the nature of 3D printing and online displays, minor variations in colour, surface finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product functionality.
All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Pricing & GST
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may be displayed either inclusive or exclusive of GST, with GST calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.
As MakerEdge is registered for GST, 10% GST will be added at checkout where applicable.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product availability issues.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing time. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier.
MakerEdge is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect address details, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only where stated in our Returns Policy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made or made-to-order products are produced specifically for each order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Warranty – 3D-Printed Products
MakerEdge provides a 3-month warranty on 3D-printed products against manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials
- Defects caused by the manufacturing process
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Over-tightening of screws or fasteners
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or impact
- Normal wear and tear
If a product is found to be faulty, MakerEdge will, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Use of Products
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended purpose and compatible with their equipment or appliance.
MakerEdge is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or use outside the intended purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and digital files, is the property of MakerEdge and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakerEdge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
