Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide through Australia Post parcel or letter services, depending on the item.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 1–2 business days. Custom orders may have a separately agreed preparation time.

Delivery estimates after dispatch

Parcel Post: 2–6 business days
Regular letters: 3–7 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates; remote locations, busy periods and postal disruptions may take longer.

Tracking

We provide tracking where available. Some letter deliveries don’t include tracking.
